1 injured in reported shooting in Woodland Park

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (KKTV) – Woodland Park Police say they are investigating a reported shooting in the City Market Plaza parking lot Friday at 5:37 p.m.

Police said the suspect was taken into custody at the scene.

Police said an adult male was taken to the hospital for injuries. As of 7:50 p.m., they had not provided an update on that victim’s condition.

“Due to the sensitivities surrounding the parties involved, I cannot release more at this time, but we have everyone involved and we continue to investigate,” Woodland Park police said.

This is a developing situation and 11 News will provide updates as we receive them.
