DPD said Neblock joined the department in 2006 and before her arrest was working in the Administration Division. She has been placed on a “different off-line assignment,” DPD said, where she will remain as the case progresses.

After adjudicating the criminal case, DPD will begin the administrative review of the incident. These will include the Denver Department of Safety and the Office of the Independent Monitor.

She is due in Douglas County court on Dec. 3, according to court records.
