Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs granted new trial, accused of hanging woman from 17th-floor balcony

A new week and a new process! Disgraced rapper Sean Diddy Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit by fashion designer Bryana Bana Bongolan.

A 17-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Nov. 27 accuses the rapper of sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Combs allegedly threatened to kill her while hanging her over a 17th-floor balcony. She is seeking $10 million in damages for lasting emotional distress.

Bonngolan alleges in the new lawsuit that Combs allegedly beat his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura over her balcony after breaking into her ex’s apartment in the early morning hours of Sept. 26, 2016.

She claims Combs grabbed her breasts and yelled at him as she tried to fight him off.

Giving details of the alleged gruesome incident, Bonngolan said he grabbed her by the armpits and “lifted her up onto the railing of the 17th-floor balcony while yelling, ‘Do you know what the hell you did? Do you know what the hell you did?'” the lawsuit alleges.

Despite Ventura’s intervention, he did not leave her. She claimed Combs pulled her over the balcony and slammed her onto the balcony’s patio furniture, including a table.

Moreover, Bongolan also mentions that he witnessed several instances of physical abuse between Combs and his then-girlfriend, Ventura.

In the lawsuit, she claims she saw Ventura covered in bruises or with a black eye, allegedly the result of Combs’ physical assault.

Detailing one of the shocking fights, Bongolan claims Combs threw a large kitchen knife at Ventura, who threw one back in self-defense.

Bongolan also reveals how it is assumed that Combs has sprouted it, saying, “I am the devil.”

The shocking balcony incident is also mentioned in Ventura’s now-settled sexual abuse lawsuit against Combs.

In the case file, she noted that Combs picked up a woman “like a child” and dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony.

Combs’ attorney strongly denied Bongolan’s allegations.

In a statement provided to Rolling Stone, Combs’ legal representative says, “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed her intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims. Mr. Combs strongly denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately be proven to be unfounded.”

The new trial comes days after his bail request was denied by a New York judge for the third time in a sex-trafficking case. He is currently incarcerated in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
