SM Development Corp. (SMDC) celebrated its 20th anniversary with a three-day trade show at the MOA Music Hall from November 22-24, 2024, showcasing two decades of SMDC real estate and lifestyle excellence.

The opening ceremony featured a ceremonial key photo opportunity led by SMDC principals Grace Evangeline Sta. Ana, Jessica Bianca Sy and Marking Que, who were joined by PNP General Bernard Yang and Philippine Red Cross President Richard Gordon, highlighting safety and community partnerships.

Guests experienced guided tours highlighting SMDC’s grand lobbies, resort-style amenities and vibrant community spaces, along with panel discussions, live entertainment and exclusive anniversary offers.

Interactive booths celebrated SMDC’s milestones and plans, highlighting its commitment to building safe, sustainable and inclusive communities.

Day 2 featured speeches from life coach Michael Yap and financial expert Chinkee Tan, live music by MoonJive and a fireworks display.

Day 3 featured motivational talks by Earl Beja Paolo and Ardy Roberto, with performances by Nicole Asencio and Serenade Society.
