In Sand Springs, a woman who police said operated a fake daycare and foster home is in jail for child abuse.

Kimberly Haley has been in Tulsa’s David L. Moss Jail since Dec. 3 on four alleged counts of child abuse that occurred at her Sand Springs home.

In June, Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office detectives were tipped off by a DHS worker that Haley allegedly ran a treatment facility for children with behavioral problems, but court documents say Haley has no training, licenses or education to back it up. thing.

The documents say she was also being paid under the table.

One family paid $2,000 a month. Another family has paid $750 so far.

The documents said he had closed daycares and foster homes in the past due to physical and mental abuse.

Disturbing details in court documents say she would step on a child’s hand, slap the child multiple times, withhold food from the child, clean the chicken’s bottom and make the child reach into the sewer pipes to clean it.

Haley is also accused of grabbing a child by the hair and dragging him.

In the documents, one child told law enforcement they were forced to live in the forest, drink river water and eat wild onions.

They also had to sit in their own blood when they were on their cycle, according to court documents.

Another child told investigators that Haley tied their hands behind their backs, filled the tub with hot water and held them under the water until they passed out.
