Fox’s Tyrus rips Kevin O’Leary about the idea of a Canadian merger

Fox News co-host and professional wrestler Tyre criticized the businessman and Shark tank personality Kevin O’Leary in the Friday edition of The Five on an idea to merge Canada and the US.

Thursday, O’Leary he answered to trolling from the President-elect Donald Trump during a hit show on Fox Business Network. Trump recently to which reference is made Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as Canada’s “governor” and urged the hockey legend Wayne Gretzky to replace him as prime minister.

The comment came after Trump first threatened his country with high tariffs.

O’Leary he went a step further and proposed an idea where Canada and the US would essentially merge. He said he believed half of Canadians would support such a union.

“Think of the power of combining the two economies, erasing the border between Canada and the United States and putting all that resource up to the northern borders where China and Russia are knocking at the door,” he said. “I like the idea and at least half of Canadians are interested.”

O’Leary added that he would personally meet with Trump to seriously discuss the idea with him.

On The Fiveco-host Jessica Tarlov he asked Tyre Friday night for O’Leary’s performance. Tyrus replied:

I think both his watches are broken. Okay, aren’t there 50% of Canadians willing to give up on Canada? I mean, this is their country. It would be like 50 percent of Americans being like, yeah, we want to join the other side. It almost sounds like a promotional stunt for a TV show. I think that’s where I think the Canadian government is paying attention because President Trump has put in tariffs. They troll them. He’s having a good time with her and maybe Mr. Wonderful is trying to get into her.

But 50 percent? I would like to see the survey. But, you know, just going back to what this administration is trying to do is no laughing matter. President Trump is putting his foot down and using tariffs to get them to come to the table. I think there is a huge conservative presence in Canada, but I haven’t seen it in a long time. And let’s be honest. If Canada were to become a country that would play along with this game, well, it would be that they are one of the most liberal countries, which means that the two Senate seats they would have would make his Jessica because they would both be liberals and we would lose the Senate. So thank you. No, we are good. Okay. No business, ss would say in Guppy Tank or Shark tank or whatever it is.
