Rapid City Crime Alert: Man Wanted for Burglary, Theft – Rapid City South Dakota News, Weather, Sports

RAPID CITY, SD – The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office has issued a felony arrest warrant for Joseph Craig Kelso, 38, on charges that include malicious damage to property, 3rd degree burglary and grand larceny.

Kelso is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Known to frequent the Rapid City area.

Authorities are warning the public not to approach Kelso if he is seen. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office at 605-394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 605-394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
