‘Prowler suspect’ wanted by Windsor police

The Windsor Police Service is seeking help identifying a suspect involved in a prowler incident.

On Wednesday, just after 3:30 p.m., police were called to reports of a hurler in progress in the 400 block of Rankin Avenue.

Police said through investigation they learned the suspect was caught looking through the window of a home where a victim was changing.

The suspect fled the area after the victim’s father confronted him. The suspect was last seen in the 600 block of Rankin Avenue.

The wanted man is described as a white man between 20 and 30 years old, about 6 feet tall, with a shaved head and a brown moustache. He was seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue skinny jeans and black running shoes with white soles.

He is wanted for harassment by viewing and mischief interfering with lawful enjoyment.
