Like his The greatest hits compilation keeps him on the rock chart, which is often the case, the star posthumously collects another hit, one that brings him to a number he didn’t know in his lifetime—and almost conquers it.

On this week’s Rap Digital Songs chart, Petty debuts at No. 2. He appears on a track titled “Last Dance With Mary Jane,” which starts at No. 2 on the top-selling rap-only songs in America. — and Petty is not alone.

Snoop dominates the Rap Digital Songs chart, even though he’s not at No. 1. This week, that honor goes to Kendrick Lamar’s “Squabble Up.” The hip-hop pioneer occupies four spots in the ranking, which only has 10 spots, so he controls 40% of the entire list.

While collecting his first hit on the Postmortem Digital Rap Songs chart, Petty’s work is still going strong on two other genre-specific accounts.
