According to the Covington Police Department, the incident occurred on December 8th. Officers responded to calls of suspicious activity at the warehouse, located in the 2000 block of Ronald Reagan Expressway (US 190).

Upon arrival, authorities detained Howard Cole Jr., 25, of Laurel, Mississippi, as he attempted to flee the scene.

Cole was booked for simple burglary and resisting an officer in flight.
