Bowling Green Police arrested a woman after allegedly assaulting a man at his home in the 1400 block of Brookwood Drive on Saturday (12/28).

Zoe Whitlock, 21, with an address listed as Blacklick, Ohio, was cited for aggravated burglary and assault. She was taken to the Wood County Jail.

When police arrived at the home around 6:30 p.m., the woman allegedly told officers she entered the home uninvited to confront a man with whom she previously had a relationship. She apparently put her keys on a string and punched him twice in the face, causing the man’s eyebrow to come off and his face to bleed. As he left, Whitlock slammed the front door on the man’s finger, causing him to drip blood when police arrived.

She was warned not to return to the residence.
