MoHUA set to launch citizen feedback portal for Swachh Survekshan 2024 in December

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) is expected to launch the QR code and portal in December for citizen feedback on Swachh Survekshan-2024(SS-24). It is compulsory as per Jan-Andolan which carries 1295 marks out of 9500 in Swachh Survekshan-2024 (SS-24).

According to BMC officials, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) is launching it in December. To bring efficiency and transparency in the sanitation survey, citizen feedback is collected through various channels – Vote for My City App, Vote for My City Portal, MyGov App, Swachhata App and QR Codes. Citizen feedback was collected smoothly with the cooperation of state government, district administration and general public to participate in the survey.

Mayor in Council (MiC) RK Baghel said, “BMC has nothing to do with it. In fact, MoHUA releases it for citizens’ feedback for a certain period. Hopefully it will be released soon as it is about time. Additional BMC commissioner Devendra Chauhan said, “It will be launched soon. We have meetings with NGOs and other stakeholders.

MoHUA will be released. On Saturday, we distributed PPE kits to the 338 employees of the sewage cell, which is one of the parameters of SS-24. Emphasizing on turning the hostel into a car pit, the MoHUA secretary emphasized the importance of SafaiMitra Suraksha.
