Retired deputy DA denies wrongdoing, admits sharing shirtless photos

A former Washington County employee is facing some serious charges in brand new county documents alleging he acted inappropriately toward his co-workers.

Retired Washington County Chief Deputy District Attorney Bracken McKey is accused of texting shirtless photos to several co-workers and at least one partner in the community, according to documents.

The documents also allege he would make sexual accusations or body-shaming comments about his co-workers and shared details of his dates and sexual encounters.

McKey denied the allegations, but admitted he shared shirtless photos with certain people and noted his belief that it was “not inappropriate”.
